# Adobe Premiere Pro Audio Level Settings

For normal video:

Peak at -6.&#x20;

Hover at -12.&#x20;

Natural sound at -24.&#x20;

Music (bgm) at -18 if you have a voiceover layered over it.

For YouTube Music video:

Peak at 0 dB. It's fine if some peak exceed and triggers the red bar.

Calm music peak is around -9 dB (entry, break etc.)
